We offer a variety of ways to learn and experience the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.

Individual Classes

Our Press Pause Classes are offered every Monday and Friday at 11:30 am – 12 pm.  These 30-minute meditation classes include a brief introduction 15-20 minute guided meditation and time for Q&A.  No better way to start and end your week than with some time to pause, connect and breathe! Meditation Series

Our 6-Week Meditation Series are designed to help you establish your own personal meditation practice, commit to sit weekly, and discover how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. By enrolling in the entire 6-week series, you will receive email support each week after each class session and the ability to move between the evening and daytime sessions.

Monday Evening Meditation

Can’t commit to our weekly sessions?  Join Cheryl Brause for these Monday evening meditation sessions on unique topics that will help you explore and deepen your meditation practice.  Each week we will dive deeply into how to integrate ancient wisdom into our modern lives to find greater happiness, more calm and wisdom, as well as enjoy a beautiful meditation together.

Our unique Workshops are one-of-a-kind, theme-based classes taught by experts in their fields offering you special insight into important topics on health and wellness.
