Pause Meditation is located at 434 Mamaroneck Avenue, Suite 101, in the heart of bustling Mamaroneck, NY. There is two-hour metered parking just outside our studio or a four-hour metered parking lot just around the corner on Spencer Place. Pause is just a few steps away from the Mamaroneck Train Station, numerous fitness studios and delicious restaurants including Le Provencal, The Roaster Cafe and Ginban Asian Bistro-Sushi Bar.
